It's Hot Outside Grab Some Fruit

So, when it's hot outside grab some fruit in addition to your water. Fruit is so underrated. When you eat you a handful of fruit you are eating antioxidants which are critical to supporting our immune system. 

Not only does fruit contain essential vitamins but it also contains fiber which helps move things along in your digestive system; and most importantly it contains the key to life "water."

Often when we’re on the go we can forget to stay hydrated; even I’m guilty of this. We plan for our childrens’ snacks, so why not plan for ourselves. Eat some fruit before you leave home on a hot day and even grab something you can carry along; like apples, grapes or a container of watermelon (best superfood to keep you well hydrated).

Another benefit to fruit is the natural sugars they contain that our bodies use for energy. People often look to processed items like artificial drinks to stay hydrated but nature has a perfect system for us and we should look towards it for sustenance.
